No More Finger Pricks?

Research participants are needed to test new non-invasive blood glucose monitoring device

If you (or someone you care about) suffer from Type 2 diabetes, you may be able to participate in a research study that could make finger pricks and other invasive ways to monitor blood sugar a thing of the past. Potential volunteers must be healthy, at least age 18, have no scarring or severe lesions on the forearm, and not be pregnant or breast-feeding. Healthy individuals with Type 2 diabetes who control their disease with diet and/or medications also may be eligible to participate. Talk with your doctor about whether this study may be right for you. To find a doctor, call 610-402-CARE or click here. For more information about the study, call GlucoLight Corporation at 484-893-5132, ext. 722.
